My mother has been the recipient of care from your company, At Home Health, for the last two months. I wanted to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation for the care she has received from your staff.

During her time with you, she has received PT, OT, HHA and nursing care (Carol, Kathleen, Justina and Amanda were her main care providers). There were times when your staff went beyond and above the call of duty by providing support and friendly advice when mom became ill with walking pneumonia and experienced a three day hospitalization. Carol was the last person who provided care with mom as she was becoming ill. Carol not only helped me discern mom's status but provided helpful advice for my decision making when taking mom to the emergency room. I greatly appreciate having someone to process thing with. Later, she called and checked in with me about mom's status multiple times during her hospital stay. Your HHA, Justina, Provided relaxed, careful care which was simply outstanding.

All of the staff not only cared for mom, but carefully provided training tips for me as I resumed more of her home care. I now feel empowered to care for mom on my own. They all showed competence in their skill and I learned a lot from them.

Every time the staff were in my home, they were king, friendly, patient, and simply a pleasure to be around. I never felt that they were rushed and they always stayed until all of mom's care was complete and all of my questions were addressed. I will miss seeing their faces.

Given the need, I will certainly contact At Home Health Services for future service, and would not hesitate for a second to recommend you to a friend or family member.
