John Ninkovich, is a partner at At Home Health Services and serves as the company's President. Most recently, he worked as a management consultant at The Gallup Organization working with Fortune 500 companies on performance improvement through organic growth strategies. Previously, Mr. Ninkovich was the co-Founder and Principal of Quan Team Staffing, Inc. and Innovative Training Integrators, LLC. In 1995, he co-founded lTl, LLC as the Productivity Point lnternational training center in Southeast Michigan. He then transformed PPI into Performix Group.

Mr. Ninkovich served as the President of Performix Group. During that time, he created Performix Group's first business plan, migrated the company's service set from commodity-driven to value-added consulting services and secured contract agreements with Daimler-Chrysler, LaSalle Bank, Ford, GMAC, Pizer, and many other Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Ninkovich has nearly 20 years of business and sales management experience. Before joining Performix Group, he was senior account executive at Kronos, Inc., a leading single-source provider of employee-centric human resources, payroll, scheduling and time and labor solutions. While there, he was responsible for tum-key data collection and time-reporting technology.

Mr. Ninkovich earned a bachelor's degree in business from Western Michigan University.
