Dear Friend,

I am writing you today to inform you of the wonderful care we received from your company. I say "we" because, what happens to any member of the family happens to everyone in the family.

My husband Jim was discharged from the hospital on Saturday Nov, 20,  2010. A visiting nurse was scheduled for us. She phoned us later that day to set up her visit. We met Sandy, RN the following day. Sandy was a godsend to us. I cannot use enough words to describe how wonderful she was to us. Kind, Caring, thoughtful and most of all very thorough in her assessment of her patient.

On her second visit, the day before Thanksgiving, she noticed some swelling at Jim's incision site that she was not happy with. She immediately contacted Jim's doctor. What made thing particularly difficult was the Thanksgiving Holiday and the doctor was gone. Sandy cut through all the difficulties with ease. I picked up a prescription that very day and Jim was feeling better by nightfall!

We thank God that Sandy was here for us, to guide us through Jim's recovery. I know things would have been a lot tougher without her. All i can say to you is that Sandy is an asset to your company. She is very dedicated to her job and her patients. Because of our experience with your employee, Sandy, we would recommend  your company to others. Her commitment to quality health care should be rewarded with a raise in her pay.
