Dear Karen,

I thought that I should inform you of the happiness of the services that the following employees have been providing me. As you may know, it has been just over one year that I have been under the care of At Home Health Services. The following employees: Amanda, Kathleen, and most recently, Jean have been a blessing to me and helping me during my recovery process.

With an ever changing and complex health condition as mine is, these three employees should be noted and recognized to your management staff as "the best" in their respective fields. All along, they show up on time, stay as long as is needed, return my calls, and do their best to improve my quality of life. These individuals are not only experts in their fields, but are caring people too. When your health condition is as mine is, having caring people that are around you and that actually want you to get better is a priceless blessing.

So in conclusion, please take note as to what I have stated about Amanda, Kathleen, and Jean. I thank them for their time, expertise, and compassion. One day soon I will not need their service anymore. I will be back to health and have recovered. That day is coming sooner than later because of them.

BTW -- I typed this letter myself. That is something I could not do a year ago...
